TPA Thailand Awards

We organize a national quality award contests, aiming to encourage the development, creativity, and work process development to be the role model of success and provide benefit to the organization and the country. The awards are KANO Quality Award, Thailand Quality Prize, Thailand Lean Award, Thailand Kaizen Award, and Thailand 5S Award.

There is a long course training (Master Certification Program)

to develop personnel’s potential for sustainable self-learning. The course emphasizes hands-on practice under close guidance from experts to allow the trainees to provide long term benefits to the organization. Examples of the programs are namely 5S Master Certification Program, Kaizen Certification Program, Lean Master Certification Program, Master Certification for Lean Office, Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification, QCC Master Certification Program, and TPM Instructor Certification Program.

TPA Public Training and Seminars

We organize training and seminars according to the association’s plan (Public Training), in the forms of lectures and practice, including on-site, virtual classroom, VDO clip training methods for trainees or participants to apply to the actual work situation, responding to the organizational needs. These are short courses (no more than 7 days per course).

The courses for specific groups (In-house Training)

are designed accordingly to the target learners, conforming to the organizational needs. There are indicators to follow up in order to create knowledge, understanding, change of attitude or behaviors in the same direction. There are also indicators to monitor the outcomes following the organizational objectives.

Training and seminars are for general courses that offer necessary information to the industry, including necessary courses in law such as Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Department of Industrial Works

• We have organized training and registered work safety officers from the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labor, from 2006 to the present.
• We are registered as the training organization of the Department of Industrial Works for the course “Controller of radiator and boiler that use liquids as a heat medium” and courses on environmental personnel in the factory.

Training courses for Japanese

We provide training and seminars for Japanese executives, including Thai personnel who work with Japanese, including necessary courses in law, work culture, and specific courses that are designed according to the organization's objectives.

Business Consulting Services

Business consulting services provide services for the manufacturing industry and services in terms of enhancing the efficiency of production management and technology 4.0 by professional speakers/consultants who have been directly received knowledge from Japanese experts and have more than 20 years of consulting experience that will help organizations build systems and sustainably stand on their own. Apart from this, we:

• are the representatives of TPM Agency for JIPM organizations of Japan;
• provide knowledge level tests for production (Monodzukuri Test), quality (QCC Testing Program), and safety (Safety Machinery);
• provide training courses by Japanese experts to transfer knowledge and experiences (Oversea Course); and
• organize oversea sight visits to see the examples of successful organizations (Study Mission).

School of Language and Culture is located within the headquarter building, Sukhumvit Soi 29. It was established simultaneously with the association, aiming to teach Japanese to Thais and Thai to Japanese. Subsequently, it expanded its services to teach English, Chinese, and Korean to Thais; and provides professional teaching training for Thai and Japanese teachers. Currently, we have Japanese courses for foreigners, in the forms of on-site, in-house, and online with courses that are certified in terms of quality and standards from the Ministry of Education, including the lecturers who have been trained and hold a teaching certificate, and are able to design learning that corresponds to the needs of learners or the organization.

2. Activities supporting language and culture learning are open to those who do and do not have knowledge in language and culture to exchange between Thais and foreigners in the forms of on-site, online, and in-field.
3. Counseling center for continuing education at the Japanese language institution, Asian student cultural association (Asia Bunka Kaikan), Japan provides counseling services and application preparation for continuing studying at the institute.

Translation and Interpretation Center provides translation and interpretation services in Japanese, Thai, English, Chinese and other languages by Thai and native experts with specific skills that correspond to various needs.

• Translation services consist of translating official documents, medical certificates, business certificates with punctual delivery, including certified official stamps acceptable by official organizations, embassies, Department of Employment, the Board of Investment (BOI), etc.
• Online interpretation services provide interpreters and online coordination that are convenient, quick, and able to save time and expenses. The services include interpretation for meetings, seminars, business negotiation, factory interpretation, etc.

• Video production service: multimedia for product and service presentations
• VDO Presentation production service: introduction of agencies, organizations, both public and private sectors
• Online lesson production service for all groups of learners. We are ready to advise on course creation and lesson production.
• Studio rental service, standard functions, and studio lights are ready to use at a reasonable price. The studio size is 7.5 x 7.5 square meters.
